Role description
πŸš€ Contract Opportunity: Data Engineer – Salesforce Migration πŸš€ We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support a major Salesforce data migration programme, working closely with a Data Lead and Solution Architect. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who genuinely understands data, not just how to move it, but how to analyse it, improve it, and extract real value from it. What you’ll be doing: β€’ Leading on data migration and preparation into Salesforce β€’ Handling large volumes of complex data from source systems β€’ Building and managing ETL processes using SQL, SSIS, and KingswaySoft β€’ Analysing data before loading it, investigating quality issues and opportunities β€’ Ensuring the data delivers meaningful business outcomes, not just a technical transfer What we’re looking for: β€’ Strong experience as a Data Engineer on Salesforce programmes β€’ Excellent SQL skills β€’ Hands-on with SSIS and KingswaySoft β€’ Confident analysing, cleansing, and validating data Personality fit matters: β€’ Proactive and takes initiative β€’ Collaborative team player β€’ Pragmatic, delivery-focused β€’ No arrogance, just solid engineering and good judgement This is not a β€œdump the data and move on” role. We need someone who will challenge, investigate, and help the programme get the maximum benefit from the data. πŸ“© If this sounds like you, drop me a message or comment below.
