AI Technology Solutions Business Analyst

AI & Technology Business Solutions Analyst New York City (Hybrid) A leading global asset manager is looking for an AI & Technology Business Solutions Analyst to help design and deliver internal tools powered by AI, automation, and modern data platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and deploy applications that improve investment and operational workflows across the firm. What You’ll Do • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization • Rapidly prototype MVP tools and internal applications • Build AI copilots, assistants, and automated workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services • Work with data teams to leverage internal and external data sources (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.) • Translate business requirements into scalable internal technology solutions • Collaborate with developers and engineering teams to move prototypes into production • Support adoption and rollout of new AI-enabled tools across the organization What We’re Looking For • 5–8 years of experience delivering internal business tools, automation, or data-driven solutions • Experience with Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude, etc.) • Strong ability to work across business, data, and engineering teams • Experience building or prototyping solutions using Power Platform, SQL, APIs, or similar tools • Ability to take ideas from concept → MVP → production Nice to have • Experience in asset management, investment management, or financial services • Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) Tech Environment Power Platform • Azure AI • OpenAI • Copilot Studio SQL • Snowflake / Databricks Bloomberg / FactSet integrations REST APIs • Microsoft 365 • Azure Why this role stands out • Build real AI tools used across an investment organization • Work with cutting-edge generative AI technologies • High exposure to both technology and investment teams
