Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a AI Tools Enablement Principle with our client in the healthcare industry in their Eagan, MN location. This is a 6 month + contract to hire position. Compensation: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: Owns enablement and governance of AI tools. Responsibilities: Lead tool onboarding and training. Ensure compliance with AI governance. Support cross-functional adoption and education. Maintain standard toolset and intake procedures Qualifications: Deep knowledge of AI platforms and governance. Experience in change management and enablement. Strong communication and training capabilities. • Focus: • Serve as a Principal-level engineer driving the AI Tools enablement strategy across client • Conduct R&D to evaluate AI technologies, define standards, and establish best practices for adoption • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure safe, scalable integration of AI capabilities • Shape client's posture and patterns for generative AI, LLMs, and related tools across multiple environments • Expected Deliverables: • Tool recommendations and comparative analyses • Standards and enablement frameworks • AI workflows and deployment processes across cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft) Skills: • Deep understanding of AI ecosystems, including generative AI, LLMs, and emerging model architectures • Hands-on experience with a broad range of AI tools and libraries - not limited to Microsoft (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc.) • Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security considerations for AI integration • Ability to stand up environments, deploy tools, and establish operational processes • Understanding of the fit-for-purpose use of tools (e.g., when to leverage Claude vs. Copilot vs. OCR solutions) • Experience setting governance patterns and technical standards across enterprise environments • Preferred: AI/ML certifications, master's degree, or continued AI education Soft Skills & Team Dynamics • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technology • Collaborative and cross-functional - works with IT, Security, and Business teams • Proactive, self-motivated, and influential - able to build credibility quickly across senior stakeholders • Excellent communicator - can translate complex AI concepts into business value • Trusted advisor and thought leader - sets direction, standards, and frameworks for AI enablement • Adaptable and forward-thinking, with the curiosity to explore new technologies and patterns Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
