Role: Lead AI Engineer
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Lead end to end Agentic AI development, implementation and model performance evaluation and testing
Job Duties: Will be primarily focused on testing and prompt engineering. Will also help as needed on designs/tuning of LLMs, multi-system orchestration, ensuring compliance and personalized experiences via Azure AI Search and other integrations.
Minimum Skills Required:This resource will support development but primarily focus on testing. They will help implement features and functionalities of the Gen AI solution, focusing on integration with external systems. They will primarily be conducting testing, as this is a critical part of this role - as each connection between CoPilot studio and source (like ServiceNow) happens, the tester will perform testing. This resource will also have experience with Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation with Langsmith, etc.? Finally, they will create and maintain technical documentation for the solution, including integration guides and user manuals.?
