Location: Irvine, CA (3 days onsite/week) Duration: C2H Job description Job Summary Seeking an experienced specialized in AI or GenAI Research with 7 to 11 years of expertise in AI Generative AI ML DL NLP and CV technologies. Job Description Lead and conduct advanced research in AI and Generative AI to develop innovative solutions. Design and implement machine learning deep learning natural language processing and computer vision models. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI research outcomes into practical applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI or GenAI and related fields. Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy. Develop prototypes and proof of concept projects to demonstrate AI capabilities. Document research findings methodologies and results for internal and external dissemination. Roles and Responsibilities Drive the end to end development of AI or GenAI projects aligned with organizational goals. Mentor junior researchers and engineers in AI or GenAI techniques and best practices. Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance scalability and robustness. Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI research objectives and project requirements. Participate in technical reviews presentations and knowledge sharing sessions. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in AI research. Support proposal development and contribute to securing research funding or contracts.
