Role description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer with expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and VectorDB. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in large-scale data manipulation, machine learning model development, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment in real-world applications. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance, secure handling of sensitive datasets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deploy machine learning and Generative AI models to address business challenges. • Work with large datasets, including dataset cloning, reformatting, normalization, and manipulation while preserving original data integrity. • Implement dataset versioning and traceability practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. • Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models) for NLP and automation tasks. • Integrate LLMs into data pipelines and AI workflows to enhance analytics and business automation. • Build and optimize scalable ML algorithms in Python, with additional proficiency in R and SQL. • Apply data visualization and text analytics techniques to derive actionable insights. • Collaborate with IT administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions. • Ensure security, privacy, masking, and access controls for sensitive data in compliance with regulations. Required Qualifications • 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development. • Primary Skills: Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, VectorDB (all required). • Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python for data science and ML model development. • Strong understanding of dataset versioning, traceability, and snapshot technologies. • Experience with LLMs such as GPT, BERT, and related NLP frameworks. • Proven ability to work with large datasets and implement scalable ML algorithms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify trends and patterns in data. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Awareness of data security and compliance best practices.
