We are looking for an Experienced AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), advanced AI frameworks, and agent-based system deployment, who can lead AI initiatives end-to-end for our client. Key Responsibilities: Lead AI Strategy & Architecture • Drive the design and technical direction of AI solutions, setting standards and best practices for the team. • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design & Build AI/ML Solutions • Develop and integrate scalable LLM-based applications into both existing and new platforms. • Implement agent-based frameworks that enable AI models to interact intelligently with dynamic environments. • Apply advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems. Deploy, Manage & Optimize AI Systems • Deploy AI agents to diverse environments, ensuring reliability, adaptability, and high performance. • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate Across Teams • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI capabilities into products and services. • Translate business requirements into robust AI/ML solutions. Document & Share Knowledge • Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of AI frameworks, models, and processes for internal use. • Provide technical mentorship to team members. Research & Innovation • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, AI methodologies, and emerging ML frameworks. • Explore innovative approaches to enhance AI capabilities and performance. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional AI experience and 4+ years of ML experience. • Proven track record as an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in LLMs and AI frameworks. • Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, or Java. • Strong understanding of algorithms, object-oriented and functional programming principles, and best-practice design patterns. • Practical experience with LangChain, Autogen, OpenAI GPT, and prompt engineering. • Solid knowledge of agent-based modeling and deployment strategies. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Must be W-2 or Visa Independent. • Local to Chicago, IL • NO C2C, C2H, 1099
