AI/ML Engineer

Job Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Rockville. MD (Onsite/Hybrid) Job Description This is a temporary contract role that requires on-site presence three days per week. Responsibilities • Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to improve business functions. • Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and pinpoint AI/ML application opportunities. • Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends. • Develop scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions • Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance. • Uphold data governance and security protocols. • Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy. • Lead and manage cross-functional teams. • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues. Qualifications • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in developing and delivering AI/ML projects. • Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. • Strong understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on business. • Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions development including but not limited to chatbot) • Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Proficiency with AWS cloud platform and SageMaker • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. • Certifications in Cloud and/or AI/ML such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty
