The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and programming, with the ability to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and training machine learning models using Python and popular ML frameworks.Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation tasks.Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to AI-based solutions. Implement, test, and optimize algorithms for accuracy and performance.Maintain and update datasets, scripts, and documentation for ongoing ML projects.Support deployment of ML models into production environments under guidance.Research emerging AI/ML techniques and contribute to innovation within the team.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Solid programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.Understanding of ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, regression, classification, etc.Basic experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or Kaggle competitions.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.Understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines).Exposure to NLP, computer vision, deep learning, or time-series analysis.Who Should ApplyCandidates with 0–3 years of industry experience.Fresh graduates seeking AI/ML opportunities.Candidates under OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, J2 EAD, and other work authorizations eligible for full-time onsite roles.
