In this critical role, you'll enhance and manage sophisticated internal tools for substantial agentic data collection, vital for the next-generation AI agents. Collaborate closely with our leading engineering and modeling teams to boost the data collection pipeline's efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring our ambitious goals are met with innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and optimize existing production systems to ensure high reliability and performance. • Collect diverse agentic data at scale, facilitating the training of advanced agent models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for our internal tooling. • Help set the technical direction and improve the software development lifecycle for better system uptime and delivery velocity. • Accelerate the data collection process, contributing to our AI agents' capabilities and performance. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in Full-stack web development. • Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL in a production environment. • Strong expertise in Python or TypeScript. Industry Experience: Previous experience in AI research or development environments preferred, especially those involving large language models and reinforcement learning.
