If you’re excited about building scalable ML platforms and applying AI to transform healthcare operations and diagnostics—we’d love to talk to you! 🔹 Role Highlights: ✅ Lead design and deployment of ML infrastructure in cloud-native environments (AWS, SageMaker, Kubernetes). ✅ Build applied ML/NLP solutions for automating healthcare workflows (e.g., EOBs, claims, EHRs). ✅ Drive RCM intelligence: denial prediction, CPT/ICD-10 classification, payer analytics. ✅ Own MLOps best practices: CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, secure data handling (HIPAA-compliant). ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to turn data into scalable, business-aligned solutions. 🔹 What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5+ years of experience deploying production-grade ML systems. ✔️ Strong expertise in NLP, OCR, LLMs, PyTorch, spaCy, Textract, etc. ✔️ Hands-on experience with healthcare RCM, billing/claims workflows is a major plus. ✔️ Proven experience in leading projects end-to-end—from architecture to delivery. ✔️ Passionate about innovation in healthtech and mission-driven work. 📍 Location: Open to remote/hybrid candidates in Austin, TX, San Carlos, CA, or similar hubs. 📩 Know someone who’s a fit?
