We are seeking a highly technical and innovative professional with deep expertise in Airtable and a strong understanding of next-generation AI tools to help drive data-driven portfolio management and product roadmapping. This individual will serve as both a hands-on builder and a strategic thinker, translating complex technical concepts into clear insights for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Airtable design, automation, and advanced use cases.
Experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in professional settings.
Strong data management skills with the ability to structure, clean, and analyze large datasets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to anticipate future capabilities and envision innovative applications of tools.
Familiarity with portfolio management, product roadmapping, and tools such as Jira, Rally, and Apptio.
Key Responsibilities
Β· Airtable Mastery:
Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Airtable databases, automations, and dashboards.
Ingest and organize large, complex datasets into Airtable, ensuring scalability, usability, and accuracy.
Push the limits of Airtableβs current capabilities while identifying and advocating for creative future use cases.
Β· AI & Emerging Tools Integration:
Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate workflows, automate tasks, and improve data insights.
Explore opportunities for integrating AI into Airtable workflows to anticipate future portfolio management and product roadmap needs.
Β· Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with product, portfolio, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training or guidance as needed.
Act as a thought leader, helping the organization envision and adopt new ways of working with Airtable and AI tools.
Β· Portfolio & Product Roadmapping:
Support portfolio-level data management and analysis, ensuring visibility into priorities, dependencies, and progress.
Build tools and visualizations that enable better decision-making across product roadmaps.
Β· Cross-Platform Expertise:
Utilize working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Rally, and Apptio to integrate data across platforms, ensuring consistent portfolio tracking and reporting.
