Job Type: W2 Contract Job Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $84 - 87/hourly with optional benefits packages About the Role: We are looking for a talented AI Algorithm Engineer to join our team working on smart sensors and AI systems. This role involves developing and deploying advanced algorithms for signal processing, classification, and hardware integration. You will collaborate with a team of 20 engineers, engaging with global teams to assess and enhance technical designs across various locations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques for algorithm development. • Design, implement, and test algorithms for signal processing and conditioning tasks. • Build statistical models and classification algorithms for data analysis. • Review logical technical architecture diagrams for systems/applications on AWS & Azure. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues, ensuring system stability. • Deploy algorithms to embedded systems such as Raspberry Pi, NVidia Jetson, FPGA, optimizing real-time performance. • Enhance software efficiency and improve hardware-algorithm integration. Candidate Requirements: Must-Have Skills • Hands-on experience with algorithm development using PyTorch, TensorFlow. • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Python). • Experience deploying algorithms to embedded systems such as Raspberry Pi, NVidia Jetson, FPGA. Nice-to-Have Skills • Familiarity with machine learning toolkits and platforms. • Preferred experience at Microsoft, Apple, Google or other leading tech firms. Education & Experience: • 5+ years of investigating and implementing deep learning algorithms. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
