Alteryx Developer

Location: Onsite 3 days a wk; Hybrid – Office location is Pennington NJ Required Pay Scale: $60-65hr W2 • • • Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates • • • Summary An Alteryx Developer designs, develops, and maintains Alteryx workflows to automate data processes. They are responsible for data preparation, blending, and analysis using Alteryx, often integrating data from various sources. They work with databases, APIs, and other data sources to streamline processes and improve efficiency, collaborating with business teams to deliver actionable insights.You will collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable data workflows and provide valuable insights to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities • Hands on expertise in both development and administration of Alteryx workflows • Strong experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Trifacta jobs, adhering to data wrangling best practices and issue resolution. • Expert in UNIX shell scripting to automate any general admin, application backup and recovery tasks. • Strong Unix Scripting experience along with hands on experience writing Ansible yml scripts • Strong understanding of Security concepts LDAP, Sentry groups • Experience working on Hadoop is a plus • Working knowledge in Apache Storm, Apache Spark. • Excellent troubleshooting techniques and capabilities. • Excellent communication skills and be able to handle tasks independently • Adapt to any changes and be able to grasp business requirements and strategies of the team. • Self-motivated and strong leadership skills Must Haves: • Hands on in both development and administration of Alteryx workflows. • Strong experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Trifacta jobs. • Expert in UNIX shell scripting to automate any general admin, application backup and recovery tasks. • Strong Unix Scripting experience along with hands on experience writing Ansible yml scripts. • Security concepts LDAP, Sentry groups • Knowledge in Apache Storm, Apache Spark.
