Role description
AML Data Analyst 6 month initial contract, outside IR35 We are partnering with a leading Private Equity firm seeking an experienced AML contractor to support the migration of investor AML data as the organisation transitions its AML function from an outsourced provider back into the business. The successful candidate will take ownership of the quality and integrity of AML data, ensuring investor records are complete, accurate and aligned with the firm's internal standards. โ€ข The role will work closely with stakeholders across Luxembourg and Jersey. โ€ข The successful candidate will collaborate with AML, Operations and Investor Services teams throughout the migration. โ€ข Candidates based outside Luxembourg or Jersey will be expected to travel to meet key stakeholders where required. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Support the migration of AML data into the firm's internal systems. โ€ข Review, validate and enhance investor AML records where source data is incomplete. โ€ข Manage and improve the quality of investor AML data throughout the migration process. โ€ข Identify data gaps and coordinate remediation activities with internal stakeholders. โ€ข Ensure AML documentation and investor records meet internal compliance standards. โ€ข Work closely with Luxembourg and Jersey stakeholders throughout the transition. โ€ข Support successful delivery of the wider AML insourcing programme. Required Experience โ€ข Proven experience working within AML/KYC operations. โ€ข Experience supporting AML or client data migration projects. โ€ข Strong understanding of investor onboarding and AML documentation requirements. โ€ข Excellent data management and data quality skills. โ€ข Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. โ€ข Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable โ€ข Experience within Private Equity, Fund Administration or Alternative Investments. โ€ข Previous experience working with third-party fund administrators. โ€ข Experience supporting operational transitions or outsourcing/insourcing programmes. Contract Details โ€ข Initial 6-month contract โ€ข Opportunity to extend depending on project requirements. โ€ข Stakeholders based in Luxembourg and Jersey. โ€ข Travel required for candidates based outside these locations. โ€ข Immediate requirement.
