Job#: 3024271 Job Description: Client: Financial Services Team: TBA Job Title: Analytics Consultant 4 – AML Model Development Specialist Location: Zone 2 Contract Length: 12mo Pay Rate: $53 - $56 Top Requirements: • 5+ years of Analytics experience. • 7+ years in analytics, model development, or financial services risk roles. • Proven experience owning or developing AML transaction monitoring models. • Strong SQL and Python proficiency. • Experience working with large, complex financial datasets (transactions, customer profiles, product data). Plusses: • Knowledge of AML regulations (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act). • Familiarity with Oracle platforms. • Experience with big data tools and high‑volume data environments. Job Summary: In this contingent Analytics assignment, the consultant will lead complex initiatives related to financial crimes analytics and AML model development. The role involves evaluating multi‑faceted analytical challenges, supporting large‑scale planning, and resolving complex issues requiring deep knowledge of analytics processes, model governance, and regulatory expectations. This position requires 5+ years of analytics experience and strong experience developing, validating, and managing AML transaction monitoring models. The consultant will ensure regulatory alignment, maintain high‑quality documentation, collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams, and drive enhancements using advanced analytics and big data techniques. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Lead development, validation, implementation, and performance monitoring of AML transaction monitoring models. • Evaluate data inputs, outputs, and logic to ensure regulatory alignment and model integrity. • Own end‑to‑end model lifecycle, including governance documentation and audit readiness. • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams to enhance model detection and effectiveness. • Drive model improvements using big data, advanced analytics, SQL, and Python. • Serve as SME for AML transaction monitoring and model risk management frameworks. • Support complex, long‑term analytics initiatives requiring evaluation of multiple variables. • Communicate analytical findings, risks, and recommendations to varied levels of management.
