Job Title: Analyst and Absorb LMS Specialist Location: On-Site (Fosters City, CA) Job Type: Contract/ FTE Job Description: Educational Qualification • Any Bachelor's Degree Experience Range 6-8 years Primary (Must have skills) • - To be Screened by TA Team We are seeking a self-reliant and technically sound professional to support and enhance lightweight dashboards and web data connectors. This Tier 2 role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills who can identify, diagnose, and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision. The role involves supporting existing dashboards, managing production incidents, handling minor enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability of reporting systems. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders (technical and non-technical ) Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving the feedback. Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Analytical mindset Task/ Work Updates Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities Improved dashboard performance, availability, and end-user satisfaction through proactive Tier 2 support. Expected Outcome Faster issue identification and resolution, minimizing downtime and data discrepancies. Enhanced reliability and functionality of dashboards and data connectors through timely enhancements. Strong collaboration with DevOps and business teams, ensuring stable and well-documented support operations. Basic knowledge of Cognos for reporting and troubleshooting. Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring). Experience in dashboard enhancement, maintenance, and minor production updates. Ability to manage incidents, track resolutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Exposure to structured support environments and ITIL-based processes.
