Role: CredentialStream Analyst — Healthcare Applications
Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Duration: Through June 2026

Overview:
Seeking an Analyst with hands‑on CredentialStream experience to drive configuration, complex report building, and user‑driven enhancements across credentialing/privileging workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Configure CredentialStream (modules, workflows, forms, rules/logic).
• Build complex/advanced reports and dashboards; ensure accuracy and adoption.
• Partner with business users for requirements; translate into functional designs.
• Implement enhancements; manage testing/UAT, releases, and production support.
• Maintain documentation (config, runbooks, process maps) and provide training.
• Collaborate with IT/vendors on data quality, integrations, and performance.
Must‑Haves:
• Direct CredentialStream configuration + complex report building.
• Healthcare applications background (credentialing/privileging/provider data).
• Experience delivering user‑driven system enhancements end‑to‑end.
• Strong requirements gathering, communication, UAT, and SDLC/change control.
Nice‑to‑Haves:
• Credentialing/privileging domain depth; SQL/SSRS/Power BI; integrations (APIs/HL7/SFTP); ServiceNow/Jira; process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
Pay Rate: $60hr-$70hr DOE
