Dragonfli Group is a Washington, D.C.–based consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, IT, and operational risk. We are looking for an Analyst – Enterprise Risk Management to provide analytical and documentation support for a high-visibility ERM initiative at a large municipal utility.
In this role, you will be the engine behind the accuracy and clarity of risk data, governance documents, and performance reporting. You’ll maintain the enterprise risk register, support annual and continuous assessments, prepare dashboards, and assist in the creation of governance materials that enable executive leadership to make informed decisions.

Candidates in Los Angeles, Sacramento, or Washington, D.C. are preferred. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze risk-related data to support enterprise risk assessments.
• Maintain and update the enterprise risk register and taxonomy.
• Assist in preparing risk governance documents and policy updates.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for executive review.
• Track risk mitigation plan progress and document outcomes.
• Support automation of risk reporting processes where possible.
• Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional risk analysis or compliance reporting experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000 and enterprise risk methodologies.
• Utilities or infrastructure sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and report preparation.
