Role description
Analyst Healthcare Compliance (W2 Contract, M-F Hybrid 1 Day/Week Onsite)Coordinate and deliver recurring regulatory reports in the healthcare benefits space. You’ll work cross-functionally to gather and validate data, submit reports to state and federal agencies, and ensure accurate documentation and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory reports on time
Collaborate across departments to gather and analyze data
Maintain submission records and documentation
Track deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in compliance, QA, or regulatory reporting
1–3 years in compliance, healthcare, or insurance
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and exposure to data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Quickbase)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
