Title: Analyst, Marketing Platform Operations - Technical BA Industry: Entertainment & Mass Media Location: Glendale, CA Duration: 12 months + Responsibilities • Partner with global marketers, data analysts and engineers to translate lifecycle messaging strategies into clear and succinct requirements that will become workflows and solutions delivered at scale. • Serve as the main conduit between internal lifecycle marketing teams and internal product management or technical vendor teams through which requirements flow. • Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts in data engineering and data analytics to establish and analyze trade offs between usability and performance needs. • Drive and lead data quality improvement through ongoing process enhancement, automation, and regular audits. • Document technical requirements focusing on data attributes and schemas to deliver a scaled capability. Requirements • 3+ years of previous experience in business analysis or product management, with agency product management experience preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and leadership. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of Jira/Confluence preferred. • Understanding of SDLC (Solution Development Lifecycle) with the ability to perform across various roles such as business analyst and project manager. • Ability to effectively communicate with both marketing and technical teams.
