Analyst

Akkodis is seeking Analyst Contract with a direct client in Remote/Melbourne, FL Pay Range: $50.00-$60.00 per hour The rate may be negotiable within this range based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Position: Analyst Location: Remote/Melbourne, FL Duration:12+ months to hire Perform spend classification and categorization, create Power BI dashboards to support Direct & Indirect category management team with insights to support strategic decisions. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports as per business requirements • Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation, including querying Snowflake views • Standardize data collection and reporting templates • Conduct data analysis and present findings in a clear, actionable manner • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights • Ensure data integrity and accuracy with thorough validation and testing • Support AI use case discoveries and partner with IT-Business Analytics team to implement AI usage to support supply chain. Qualifications: • Proven experience in data analysis, spend classification, and business intelligence • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to data-related challenges • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL • Experience with Snowflake and other database management systems • Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes • Excellent data visualization skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines Desired • Technical proficiency in Python, or R is a plus • Awareness/familiarity with AI usage • Strong Computer Skills – MS Office suite Outlook; Excel; Teams SharePoint. • PowerPoint presentations • Proven experience in data analysis, spend classification, and business intelligence • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to data-related challenges • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL • Experience with Snowflake and other database management systems • Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes • Excellent data visualization skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
