What You’ll Need Technical Requirements and Certifications » • Salesforce Certification. • Scrum Certification. • SaFE Certification. Education And Experience » • 5 + years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst. • API. • Data Migration. • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Preferred • Collections/Payments experience. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce. • Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation. • Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions. • Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities. • Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. • Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices. • Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
