We are supporting a client in Tysons Corner, VA to hire an Analyst who sits at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and business insights. This is not a traditional data analyst or business analyst role. It is a hybrid position ideal for someone who can dig into data, interpret what it means, and translate the findings into business actions.
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an Analyst to support marketing, direct mail, and campaign performance initiatives within their broader Marketing organization. This person will work closely with business leaders to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify target audiences, and understand customer behavior across multiple channels. They will help guide marketing strategy through data-driven insights.

• You will be involved in campaign analytics, segmentation, targeting strategy, and ROI analysis for marketing efforts.
• The work primarily involves querying and analysis using Snowflake, with a focus on marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities.
• This role blends business analysis with data analysis, requiring someone who understands marketing concepts and can translate data into strategic recommendations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–4 years of experience in an Analyst role (marketing analytics or business-focused analytics preferred)
• Experience working in Snowflake or similar cloud data environments
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Understanding of marketing concepts, campaign analytics, segmentation, and ROI measurement
• Clear communicator who can break down insights for business partners
• Ability to think critically, connect dots, and explain why trends are occurring
• Exposure to automation, marketing analytics tools, or modern data platforms is a plus
