About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support data reporting activities related to statewide health initiatives. This position focuses on data collection, analysis, report creation, and maintaining accurate databases used for program monitoring and compliance.This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.
Essential Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze program data to support reporting requirements.
Design, create, and maintain databases in a client/server environment.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Power BI, and Python.
Support data reporting related to opioid program initiatives.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Collaborate with program teams, technical staff, and external stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and database standards.
Assist with statistical analysis and data interpretation to guide decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Python experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience using Power BI tools.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with and reporting opioid-related data.
Minimum 1β5 years designing, creating, and maintaining databases in a client/server environment.
Minimum 1β5 years SQL experience.
Bachelorβs degree in IT or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in public health, healthcare, or government programs.
Familiarity with statistical methods and reporting standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
