Role description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst/Developer – General 4. The work will be done onsite full-time in Mossville, IL. This is a long-term 24-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $63/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications and backend services within a highly integrated engineering environment. This role will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, IT, data, and business teams to build scalable web applications, APIs, and data integration solutions that support long-term product and machine sustainment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASP.NET development, Azure cloud technologies, backend services, and database development while thriving in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET web applications and .NET 8 Web APIs
• Build and support backend services, console applications, and standalone data sync jobs
• Develop and optimize applications using Azure SQL, MySQL, Entity Framework, and LINQ
• Deploy and maintain applications in Azure Cloud and on-premise environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, purchasing, IT, and data teams to support application enhancements and continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 8–10 years of software development experience required
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Web Applications, C#, LINQ, and Entity Framework
• Strong database experience with Azure SQL and MySQL
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Web Jobs, RESTful APIs, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps workflows
• Power BI development or integration experience preferred
• Experience collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
