Location: West Des Moines, IA Salary: $46.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly Description: Job Title: Analytics Consultant - Power BI & Data Presentation Location: West Des Moines, IA (800 S Jordan Creek Parkway) Work Arrangement: On-site, 3 days per week - No exceptions Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension or conversion) W2 candidates only, no corp to corp and no 1099. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Consultant to support data analytics and reporting initiatives within the Access Management and Controls team. This role is part of a strategic pilot program focused on reviewing and optimizing system access across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, with the ability to present insights to executive-level stakeholders. This position is based in Des Moines, Iowa, and requires on-site presence at our office three days per week. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau • Analyze access-related data from multiple sources to support business decisions • Present findings to internal stakeholders, including Audit and senior leadership • Collaborate with team members to support control reporting and ad hoc data requests • Contribute to monthly and weekly reporting cycles, including targeted reports for system changes or certifications • Partner with subject matter experts to understand access management principles and apply them to reporting Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query or Macros), and Power BI • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights • Experience working in a structured, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar BI tools • Background in Access Management, Controls, or Audit • Familiarity with control reporting and compliance frameworks • Stable history of full-time employment or long-term consulting engagements Additional Information • This is a contract position with a 12-month term and potential for extension or conversion • Interview process includes a 1-hour virtual panel interview • Work hours typically align with a 7 AM - 4 PM schedule; flexibility during training is beneficial • All resumes must be submitted through Beeline; direct communication with the hiring manager is not permitted during the open posting period By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
