Contract Duration: 5 Months Required Skills & Experience β€’ 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. β€’ 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Skills & Experience β€’ Bilingual conversational proficiency in English and Spanish for speech and text translations β€’ Knowledge and understanding of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) β€’ Knowledge and understanding of contact center environments and associated telephony technologies including Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and routing platforms (i.e. Five9, Dialogflow CX, Nuance, Genesys) β€’ Experience reviewing business requirements, functional specification documents, voice design flows β€’ Knowledge and understanding of creating manual and automated test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results β€’ Knowledge and understanding of all phases of product development and testing lifecycle β€’ Knowledge and understanding of application testing methodologies, tools, and execution (i.e. ALM, Octane) β€’ Knowledge and understanding of project management and agile methodologies, processes, and tools (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Jira) β€’ Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment β€’ Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams β€’ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills What You Will Be Doing β€’ Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to Analytics deliverables. β€’ Review and analyze moderately complex Analytics challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. β€’ Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. β€’ Collaborate with client personnel in Analytics. β€’ Analyze business requirements and functional system design specifications to create and execute test strategies and test cases β€’ Specify test data requirements and work with enterprise data team to obtain necessary test plan data β€’ Perform release validation and regression testing post-production installations, typically occurring outside of standard business hours; some weekend and/or evening hours are required β€’ Work with Product Owner/Product Managers and Tech partners to confirm issues identified during testing and validate that requirements are met β€’ Serve as UAT point of contact; represent UAT on project/scrum teams, release planning meetings, and release events β€’ Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects β€’ Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives β€’ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals β€’ Develop/maintain standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness β€’ Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes Posted By: Mark Wells
