Contract Duration: 24 Months Required Skills & Experience β€’ 4+ years of Analytics experience, β€’ MSSQL: Ability to write, read, and optimize queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. β€’ Data Analysis: Experience in data cleansing, validation, and transformation logic using Alteryx and SSMS. β€’ Documentation: Ability to define clear data sourcing and transform logic requirements and database/table/column specifications. β€’ Experience with metadata management and data governance practices. β€’ Proficiency in data profiling and root cause analysis for data quality issues. β€’ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. β€’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex data environments. Desired Skills & Experience β€’ Experience with Google Data Cloud stack (Dataplex, big query, etc.). β€’ Familiarity with SSIS packages and jobs. β€’ Familiarity with Agile processes and Atlassian software (Jira) What You Will Be Doing β€’ Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to Analytics deliverables. β€’ Review and analyze moderately complex Analytics challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. β€’ Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. β€’ Collaborate with client personnel in Analytics. β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases. β€’ Design and architect scalable data models and data element relationships with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and data accuracy. β€’ Identify and write requirements for data source integrity monitoring. β€’ Support database enhancement requests and contribute to logical data design solutions. β€’ Participate in data management documentation including data lineage, data sharing agreements, and other metadata management. β€’ Evaluate upstream system of record changes for potential data impact and provide recommendations. β€’ Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and technical specifications. β€’ Partner with technology and data governance groups to ensure alignment with the team’s and enterprise data standards.
