Analytics Consultant – Data Analytics & AI Consulting

Job Title: Analytics Consultant – Data Analytics & AI Consulting Location: New York, NY We are looking for an experienced Analytics Consultant to lead data analytics and AI initiatives that help solve complex business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, identify opportunities to leverage analytics and AI, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide analytics and AI projects, and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics and AI-driven solutions. • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and AI use cases. • Lead the development of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and advanced analytics solutions. • Drive initiatives involving Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, predictive analytics, and automation. • Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, deploy, and optimize analytics and AI solutions. • Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, responsible AI, and compliance. • Present insights and recommendations to business leaders and executive stakeholders. • Lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, mentor team members, and ensure successful execution of analytics initiatives. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI Consulting, or Analytics Consulting. • 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing analytics or data-driven projects. • Strong hands-on experience with SQL. • Experience with Python or R. • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Strong knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience delivering analytics consulting engagements in Media, Publishing, Digital Content, Advertising, Consumer Products, or other consumer-facing industries. • Experience with modern data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses. • Exposure to AI/ML technologies such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, MLflow, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Experience leading projects involving Generative AI, NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI chatbots, automation, or predictive analytics. • Relevant cloud, analytics, or AI certifications are a plus.
