Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent
β’ 5+ years in analytics, business analysis, quality/controls, PMO analytics, or similar fields.
β’ Ability to analyze structured datasets and synthesize insights for operational and executive audiences.
β’ Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills; able to determine when outputs βmake sense.β
β’ Hands-on expertise with Advanced Excel and SAS for data manipulation and scenario modeling.
β’ Excellent communication and business reasoning skillsβable to translate data into decisions.
β’ Comfort evaluating AI outputs, even without understanding AI technically.

Desired Skills & Experience
β’ Experience in banking or business consulting; an understanding of how operations and controls function.
β’ Exposure to AI/LLM-enabled work is helpful but not required; willingness to learn through structured testing is sufficient.
β’ Background in quality, manufacturing-style process discipline, or pattern classification.
β’ Familiarity with governance routines, standardization efforts, and risk/control frameworks.
β’ Experience identifying similarities in activities to support automation and process rationalization.
β’ SQL, Python, or visualization tools for exploratory analysis.
What You Will Be Doing
β’ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics.
β’ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
β’ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
β’ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
