Role description
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our CIB Operations team on a contingent contract. In this role, you will support the Regulatory Reporting team responsible for the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT). The primary focus will be fixing out-of-sequence events for options orders, performing CAT corrections, conducting analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This position requires a strong understanding of capital markets operations and hands-on experience with CAT reporting tools and order management systems.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform corrections and resolve out-of-sequence events within the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT)
β’ Conduct complex analysis and data entry related to CAT reporting
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
β’ Utilize regulatory and trading platforms to manage reporting workflows

β’ Hands-on experience with Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT)
β’ Experience using Fidessa (order management system)
β’ Familiarity with FINRA CAT Reporter Portal
β’ Experience with FIS User Interface and/or nTier User Interface
