A top-tier, established leader in the Financial Services sector is undergoing a massive data transformation and is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Data Modeler to join a strategic, new team. This role is not just about maintenanceβit's about designing and implementing the next-generation data structures that will directly enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and critical business intelligence.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
β’ Develop and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models for BI and advanced analytics solutions.
β’ Design and optimize robust database schemas, specifically utilizing Medallion Architecture (relational, star schema, denormalized data sets).
β’ Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure seamless data integration from multiple sources, focusing on consistency and reliability.
β’ Lead efforts in Metadata Management and Master Data Management to ensure data quality and a "single version of the truth."
β’ Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and data teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
β’ Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in data modeling, analysis, or database development.
β’ Expertise in SQL.
β’ Proficiency with modern data platforms, including a solid understanding of DataBricks Delta tables and Postgres.
β’ Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, AWS, Azure, etc.) and proficiency with data modeling tools like Erwin.
β’ Strong foundation in data governance, quality frameworks, and metadata management.
A Strong Plus (Preferred Skills):
β’ Domain knowledge in the insurance and/or medical business sector.
β’ Experience with cloud data management, data lakes, and ETL processes.
β’ Familiarity with Python and Agile methodologies.
