Full Time Contract Title or Role: Analytics Engineer Compensation: Market Rate Location:Remote Philippines Length of Contract: Year+ • Design, build, and maintain enterprise data platforms Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Snowflake as the core data warehouseDesign logical and physical data models across raw, integrated, and curated data layers • Develop and optimize data pipelines Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Matillion, Fivetran, and PythonImplement diverse ingestion patterns including batch, micro-batch, CDC, and streamingEnsure efficient data transformations using advanced SQL and Snowflake-native capabilities • Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability Implement data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring to ensure high data integrityDevelop and maintain monitoring dashboards to track pipeline health, performance, and failuresProactively identify and resolve data pipeline and performance issues • Snowflake platform administration and optimization Design and manage Snowflake schemas, warehouses, and RBAC policiesOptimize performance and cost through warehouse sizing, clustering, query tuning, and workload isolationMaintain secure-by-default frameworks for authentication, authorization, and data protection • Data integration and analytics enablement Integrate Snowflake with downstream analytics and BI tools such as QlikSenseEnable self-service analytics by delivering reliable, well-documented, and accessible datasetsSupport multi-mart and enterprise analytics use cases • Cloud and architecture collaboration Leverage cloud-native data warehousing concepts (elastic compute, scalable storage)Collaborate with architects, analysts, and application teams to design end-to-end data solutionsContribute to enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives • Automation, DevOps, and documentation Develop Python scripts for automation, orchestration, and custom transformationsUse Git-based version control (, Bitbucket) and CI/CD practices for deployment and change managementCreate and maintain clear technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks • Governance, security, and compliance Support data governance initiatives, including data quality, metadata management, and catalog integrationCollaborate with QA/testing teams to ensure accurate testing and reconciliationImplement and maintain security integrations (, Azure AD, SSO, MFA) and follow enterprise risk mitigation practices Qualifications Snowflake, SQL, EL/ELT Architecture & Development, Python Strong expertise in Snowflake: designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, architectures, schemas, and RBAC policies; integrating with connectors (Python, JDBC/ODBC, etch); and ensuring secure-by-default frameworks with authentication, authorization, and data protection Proficiency in advanced SQL for analytics, transformations, and performance tuning Hands-on experience with diverse ingestion patterns (ETL, ELT, streaming, CDC, micro-batches) and strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques Experience maintaining and optimizing Snowflake, Matillion, Fivetran, and QlikSense architectures for scalability, reliability, and performance Working knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native data warehousing approaches (elastic compute, scalable data stores, multi-mart support) Skilled in creating and maintaining monitoring dashboards for pipeline health and optimization Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to scalable, reliable solution design Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
