The team has been supporting • • • for 10+ years, driving thought leadership in MarTech and analytics solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals for 2 key roles: 1. Analytics Engineer (MarTech Enabler) • Collaborates with the development team on analytics tagging and understands the “why” behind implementations. • Manages CDP platforms including mParticle (preferred), LiveRamp, Segment.io, Tealium, etc. • Handles analytics data across pipelines (not marketing-focused). • Provides technical expertise in analytics engineering, data flow, and CDP management. Key Requirements: • 6–10 years in analytics engineering, MarTech, or related technical roles • Strong experience with CDPs and analytics platforms (mParticle preferred) • Understanding of entire data pipelines and data layers • Ability to guide implementation and optimize data flows 1. Digital Engineer (Analytics QA / SME Liaison) • Serves as liaison between business units and analytics tagging teams • Provides guidance on campaigns, documentation, and development structure • Acts as an interface role rather than hands-on coding • Must have excellent communication skills and business acumen Technical Skills: • Knowledge of PHP (Laravel) or Node.js • Basic proficiency in React • Understanding of analytics engineering principles and QA Responsibilities (Both Roles): • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP/Laravel or Node.js • Develop lightweight frontend interfaces and internal tools using React • Support ingestion pipelines, microservices, and secure data movement • Implement event instrumentation, user behavior tracking, and data collection strategies for CDPs • Define data schemas, identity resolution rules, and event attributes • Partner with CX, product, and analytics teams for technical execution • Build and manage paid media audiences via mParticle/Mixpanel integrations • Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based workflows • Troubleshoot data quality, SDK, API, and integration issues • Document architectures, tracking setups, and implementation logic • Stay updated with MarTech, CDP, and analytics engineering trends Qualifications: • 6–10 years of experience in engineering, analytics implementation, or MarTech roles • Deep understanding of CDPs (mParticle, Mixpanel, Segment.io, Tealium) • PHP (Laravel) or Node.js experience; basic React proficiency • Experience with event schemas, SDK implementation, data contracts, tagging, and tracking strategies • Familiarity with paid media audience activation • Knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) • Exposure to containerization (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus) • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills • Proven ability to lead technical implementation and collaborate across functions Education: • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline
