The Role
You will join a small, high-impact data team, taking responsibility for maintaining and extending core analytics pipelines. This is a hands-on role where you will work across modelling, data quality, and platform development.
• Own and maintain analytics models using dbt
• Ensure the reliability of billing and automation pipelines
• Build new data models to support evolving business needs
• Collaborate closely with data engineering on platform development
• Review and improve SQL and dbt models across the analytics function
• Contribute to a modern cloud-based data platform, including lakehouse architecture
• Work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience with dbt for data modelling
• Advanced SQL and solid Python capability
• Experience working with modern cloud data platforms or lakehouse environments
• Exposure to Databricks is beneficial
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities in a small team
• Comfortable working in environments that are still maturing and evolving
• Experience in regulated industries or working with governed data environments is advantageous
• Interest in purpose-driven or health-focused sectors is a plus

• Salary between £70,000 and £90,000 depending on experience
• 12 month fixed-term contract
