Role description
Senior Analytics Engineer β Contract (ASAP Start date!!)
Weβre looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join a fast-growing global marketplace brand. Youβll be working in a high-impact data team where the insights you build directly shape how millions of people engage with the platform.
This is an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35, with 1 day per week in London.
The Role
β’ Partner with engineers and stakeholders to design and deliver robust data models
β’ Standardise BI definitions by shifting them upstream into the data stack
β’ Refactor and optimise Looker models to improve performance and usability
Tech Stack
β’ Strong SQL and Python skills
β’ Experience with Databricks, Airflow, dbt, and Looker
β’ Solid knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, optimisation, governance, and monitoring
β’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
