🚨 Now Hiring – Analytics Engineer (Digital Banking) 🚨 📍 Location: Irwindale, CA (Onsite) 🛂 Visa: Preferred USC / GC / TN / H1B We are looking for an Analytics Engineer with 10+ years of experience to own the data infrastructure, metrics framework, and experimentation engine for digital banking products. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage scalable data models (dbt) • Design robust event tracking frameworks with engineering teams • Develop dashboards using Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker • Enable self-serve analytics across product and business teams • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor • Perform deep-dive analysis: funnels, cohorts, retention, feature adoption, revenue impact • Ensure data quality, monitoring, and observability • Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Use AI tools for faster analysis and pattern detection 🔹 Required Skills: • Strong expertise in SQL and dbt • Proficiency in Python or R • Experience with modern data stacks: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and event taxonomy • Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms • Basic knowledge of ML concepts • Strong storytelling with data and business communication 🔹 AI & Modern Analytics: • Hands-on experience with Hex, dbt AI, ChatGPT, Amplitude AI • Ability to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and monitoring using AI 🔹 Ideal Candidate: • 4–7+ years in analytics/data roles (fintech or high-scale digital products preferred) • Experience building self-serve analytics ecosystems • Strong understanding of financial metrics (CAC, LTV, revenue drivers) • Hypothesis-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills 📩 Interested candidates or referrals – feel free to connect or share profiles! #Hiring #AnalyticsEngineer #DataEngineering #DigitalBanking #Fintech #SQL #dbt #AI #DataAnalytics #CaliforniaJobs #TechJobs
