Role description
We’re hiring a BI / Data Engineering specialist to join a growing Fintech and Financial Services business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can own the full journey from data pipeline through to dashboard delivery — combining elements of data engineering, analytics engineering, and BI development in a single position.
You’ll work closely with the business to deliver fast, scalable, insight-led reporting solutions, with a particular focus on flash reporting, variance analysis, and operational performance metrics.
Tech stack includes:
• Snowflake (preferred)
• DBT
• Sigma
• Power BI / Tableau experience welcomed
• Modern cloud data warehousing environments
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong BI experience alongside solid data engineering fundamentals
• Can model and transform data effectively
• Understands how to optimise pipelines for reporting outputs
• Is comfortable working in agile, fast-iteration environments
• Can engage with financial stakeholders and quickly understand business metrics
