Role description
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics
• Experience with product launch measurement and omnichannel analytics
• Strong expertise in KPI framework development and performance reporting
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with claims, prescription, patient, CRM, and marketing data
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Redshift
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
• Experience leading offshore analytics/BI teams
Preferred:
• Specialty Pharma or Rare Disease launch experience
• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, and Veeva CRM data
• Knowledge of HCP targeting, segmentation, engagement scoring, and Next Best Action (NBA) programs
