Overview:
This is a direct-hire opportunity offering up to $130,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses. The role requires four days on-site in Bloomington, MN. The Analytics Manager will lead analytics projects across industries, implement BI solutions with the technology team, and manage project teams to drive data strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational data needs.
Mentor analysts and establish best practices for BI reporting.
Conduct business analysis, identify pain points, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Manage BI projects, including scoping, budgeting, and delivery.
Lead stakeholder workshops and change management initiatives.
Ensure data quality and governance compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5-8 years of experience leading data projects and teams.
Strong communication skills and experience engaging non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to present executive-level data insights.
Technical Expertise:
Cloud platforms: Azure DataLake, AWS, Snowflake.
BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
SQL and scripting languages (Python, R).
ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Informatica).
Agile project management with Jira or Trello.
Experience with data warehousing and DevOps practices.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong mentoring abilities with a focus on team development.
Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in stakeholder engagement and cross-department collaboration.
