Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the Analytics Manager leads the team that turns financial, clinical, and operational data into insight for executive decision-making. This role owns reporting, analysis, and predictive modeling that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategy. Ideal candidates pair hands-on technical depth (SQL, financial modeling, visualization, machine learning) with healthcare or health plan experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data across systems; manage access controls with IT and Compliance.
• Assist the CFO with financial tracking, budget variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Build financial models and develop predictive models and ML algorithms to solve business challenges.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and actionable insights for key business units.
• Oversee reports and interactive dashboards tracking financial, clinical, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure data is cleaned, transformed, accurate, and reliable across reporting systems.
• Present analyses to executive leadership for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Optimize data workflows and standardize data usage across the organization.
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage the analytics team; ensure privacy and security compliance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data reporting, analysis, and statistics; 2+ years leadership preferred.
• Proven SQL proficiency; experience with financial modeling, visualization tools, andML.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Healthcare or health plan experience strongly preferred.
