Role description
Job Title: Measurement Analyst - Advertising Performance Company Vision β€’ Our advertising platform connects platform users (eaters, riders, earners) with advertisers in meaningful ways. By leveraging location-based and shopping data, and closed-loop attribution across Mobility and Delivery, we enable advertisers to engage consumers throughout the funnel - from awareness to purchase to loyalty. β€’ The Measurement Insights & Analysis team partners with advertisers and sales teams to deliver performance insights, optimize campaigns, and fuel advertising growth. About the Role β€’ We are seeking a Measurement Analyst to support our Advertising Strategic Verticals team (non-endemic brands). This role will focus on 1P advertising and campaign performance reporting - from pre-sales insights to post-campaign measurement - to help advertisers maximize value from their investments on our platform. β€’ You'll work closely with sales and account teams across US/C to deliver actionable insights, elevate advertiser performance, and help scale measurement best practices. What You'll Do β€’ Deliver pre-sales analyses and post-campaign reporting for Strategic Verticals advertisers in US/C β€’ Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that improve campaign performance and advertiser outcomes β€’ Partner with sales and account teams to translate technical results into business insights for client-facing conversations β€’ Develop and refine measurement operations and processes to increase scalability and efficiency β€’ Ensure reporting accuracy, standardization, and clarity across advertiser deliverables β€’ Basic Qualifications β€’ 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing/advertising analytics, or measurement & insights β€’ Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) β€’ Experience working in the Ads industry in measurement or other applicable functions β€’ Experience with omnichannel or digital advertising measurement, attribution, and ROI reporting β€’ Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders β€’ Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests simultaneously β€’ Strong business acumen and stakeholder management β€’ Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience in agency, consulting, or ad tech environments β€’ Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and third-party measurement providers β€’ Comfort working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
