Job Details: Title: SME (Business / Analytics Subject Matter Expert) Location: Atlanta, GA (once in two weeks) Duration: Long term Contract Job Summary: Acts as the bridge between business and data teams, ensuring that enterprise KPIs are correctly applied and customer-specific logic is accurately implemented in reporting. Key Responsibilities • Define and validate: • Business requirements • KPI definitions and usage • Work with Fabric Architect to: • Ensure enterprise model supports business needs • Build and manage: • Customer semantic models • Reports and dashboards • Apply: • Brand-specific logic • Excel-based enrichments (within governed workspace) • Participate in: • UAT and signoffs (ACC environment) • Ensure reports align with: • Enterprise KPI definitions (no redefinition) • Provide feedback on: • Data gaps • Performance issues • Usability improvements Key Skills • Strong business domain knowledge (e.g., commercial, finance, operations) • Power BI (reporting, basic modeling) • Understanding of KPIs (TRx, NRx, claims, etc.) • Data interpretation and storytelling • Stakeholder communication Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
