Title: SME (Business / Analytics Subject Matter Expert)
Location: Atlanta, GA (once in two weeks)
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Summary:
Acts as the bridge between business and data teams, ensuring that enterprise KPIs are correctly applied and customer-specific logic is accurately implemented in reporting.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Define and validate:
β’ Business requirements
β’ KPI definitions and usage
β’ Work with Fabric Architect to:
β’ Ensure enterprise model supports business needs
β’ Build and manage:
β’ Customer semantic models
β’ Reports and dashboards
β’ Apply:
β’ Brand-specific logic
β’ Excel-based enrichments (within governed workspace)
β’ Participate in:
β’ UAT and signoffs (ACC environment)
β’ Ensure reports align with:
β’ Enterprise KPI definitions (no redefinition)
β’ Provide feedback on:
β’ Data gaps
β’ Performance issues
β’ Usability improvements
Key Skills
β’ Strong business domain knowledge (e.g., commercial, finance, operations)
β’ Power BI (reporting, basic modeling)
β’ Understanding of KPIs (TRx, NRx, claims, etc.)
β’ Data interpretation and storytelling
β’ Stakeholder communication
