• 6-9 years of experience in:
• Oncology Commercialization analytics use cases experience
• Stakeholder management, especially pharmaceutical marketing
• Preferred Hematology experience a plus
Responsibilities
The Analytics translator between a pharmaceutical's Global Marketing team and an Analytics team. The focus is on Oncology.
Strategic Partnership and Stakeholder Leadership
• Lead strategic conversations with Global Marketing
• Serve as a thought partner, not just an order taker
• Executive ready communicator, able to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations
• Own KBQ governance and roadmap alignment across key assets
Oncology Functional Expertise & Analytics Translation
• Deep functional knowledge of Oncology business
• Strong understanding of Global Marketing priorities and decision needs
• Ability to translate brand, disease, and portfolio questions into analytics use cases
• Act as SME to guide teams on both domain and analytics context
• Convert strategic priorities into clear, actionable problem statements
Qualifications
• Oncology Functional Expertise & Analytics Translation
• Deep functional knowledge of Oncology business
• Strong understanding of Global Marketing priorities and decision needs
• Ability to translate brand, disease, and portfolio questions into analytics use cases
• Act as SME to guide teams on both domain and analytics context
