Key Skills and Experience Required 1. 5+ years of of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting within a corporate or professional services environment. • Familiarity with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics approaches, including AI/ML concepts. • Experience with data visualization, dashboarding, and executive-ready presentation development. Job Description • Partner with Data Scientists to co-develop solution designs (POCs, iterations), ensuring business context is embedded in the approach. • Break down business problems into technical requirements; provide feedback on model design and testing outputs. • Support data exploration, cleansing, and integration tasks to ensure inputs are relevant, accurate, and aligned with business needs. • Translate model results into actionable insights and business-facing materials (including visuals, dashboards, and presentations). • Build concise executive-ready deliverables such as storyboards, summaries, and PowerPoint decks to communicate key insights. • Convert complex analytical outputs into clear recommendations that drive stakeholder understanding and decision-making. • Work with Data Science teams to identify the most relevant outputs to visualize and deliver. • Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on needs, requirements, and outputs. • Participate in joint working sessions to explain results and capture feedback for iteration. • Support adoption efforts by ensuring outputs are integrated into operational processes and deliver tangible value. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics). • 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting within a corporate or professional services environment. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that connect data-driven insights to measurable business results. • Strong ability to translate business questions into technical requirements and interpret analytics outputs. • Familiarity with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics approaches, including AI/ML concepts. • Experience with data visualization, dashboarding, and executive-ready presentation development. • Understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy considerations. • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage business users and technical partners effectively. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
