Role description
Openings: 10
Location: Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ (hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 month contract (possible to extend to 18/24 months or convert)
Must haves:
• 7+ years of experience as a System/Automation/Infrastructure/Platform Engineer
• Expertise in scripting - specifically with tools such as Python, YAML
• Experience with Ansible specifically writing Ansible playbooks and using Ansible for automation
Plusses:
• Previous financial enterprise experience
• Risk and controls experience - adding controls to vendor applications
• TrueSight Server Orchestrator (TSO) experience
• AI/ML experience - specifically CoPilot
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking multiple Infrastructure Automation Engineers for one of our largest financial clients in a variety of markets. Individuals will be joining a dynamic team building and enhancing an Ansible Automation Platform for the Enterprise. This individual will:
• Be responsible for components of complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities
• Assist in establishment of input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of total system
• Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor
• Develop controls for automation platforms with focus on shared content (catalog) across Enterprise tools
• Implement SDLC chain for managing automation content
• Participate in design, development and implementation of systems engineering activities, to include technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities
• Consider applications and platforms across the organizational portfolio for symbiotic alignment and opportunities to augment a complete service offering
• Incorporate multiple AI channels into standard practice to foster productivity, consistency, and quality woven throughout independent deliverables and across our technology community of practice.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $73.68/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
