We provide nephrologists with a leading-edge electronic health record (EHR) platform, powered by Epic, to help them enhance efficiency, empower their staff, and improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will perform critical business analysis focused on Business AP and AR activities, and work in close support of our Sr. Revenue Analyst and Sr. Manager of Special Projects to drive our business forward through digital enablement and data-driven insights. If you are a collaborative problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you Essential Duties & Responsibilities Business AP Operations: • Manage end-to-end Business Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including the submission of all CKD EHR invoices to Accounts Payable through various platforms (e.g., Coupa, email, loader). • Reviews and processes monthly third-party invoicing, confirms vendor payments, and performs vendor management to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer accounts. • Leads the investigation and resolution of vendor payment inquiries in collaboration with the AP department to ensure timely processing. • Actively supports Accounts Receivable (AR) processes by assisting with customer invoicing and payment-related activities. Analysis & Invoicing Support • Collaborates with the Sr. Revenue Analyst to ensure accurate customer invoicing by providing robust analytical support and data validation. • Independently leads analyses by manipulating, cross-referencing, and summarizing large, complex data sets to derive key business insights. • Develops, creates, and maintains a monthly billing model and other decision-support tools in Excel to validate billing data and ensure accuracy. • Performs monthly service count reconciliations across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Epic) to maintain a detailed customer billing tracker and ensure data integrity. • Develops, monitors, and enhances recurring reports and key metrics to evaluate performance, support audit activities, and meet evolving business needs. Data Reconciliation & Reporting • Identifies and champions opportunities to streamline business processes and improve automation within CKD EHR systems, such as Salesforce. • Collaborates cross-functionally to pilot new analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting automation that enhance transparency and operational efficiency. • Proactively explores data visualization, workflow optimization, and AI-assisted insights to improve accuracy and decision support. • Fosters a culture of innovation by sharing best practices and lessons learned across the CKD EHR Finance, AP, Operations, and Applications teams Contracting • Provides critical support for contracting processes, including entering amendments and creating Service Orders as a backup resource. • Interprets and explains financial elements of contracts to internal teams as needed. • Demonstrates flexibility by supporting various needs of the broader CKD EHR team as required. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Innovation & Continuous Improvement • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement advanced analytics tools, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions that improve transparency and operational efficiency. • Proactively investigates and integrates data visualization techniques, workflow optimizations, and AI-driven insights to enhance operational accuracy and decision-making support. • Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement by actively sharing best practices and key learnings across the CKD EHR Finance, AP, Operations, and Applications teams, and our practices. Required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • 2-4 years of relevant experience • Associate’s degree or Apprenticeship • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills • Inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution • Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines. • An ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately perform complex quantitative analyses. • Extensive Microsoft Excel experience, including data manipulation • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • A problem-solver who works well independently • Confident self-starter with a positive attitude and drive Preferred • Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead • Experience with systems like Coupa, Oracle, or Salesforce. • Accredited Payables Specialist (APS) or Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert - Excel or similar data analysis certification Travel And Time Requirements Travel: Up to 25% for team meetings, conferences, and training Nights/Weekends: Occasional nights and weekend work needed during onsite trips and to support urgent issues What We’ll Provide More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
