Title: Technical Lead-API Integration Location: Hybrid, Loveland Colorado Pay: $70-$80/hour Overview: We're looking for a technical leader to guide a team of full-stack engineers in building scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role blends hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and leadership. The ideal candidate has strong .NET and modern JavaScript framework experience and a proven ability to lead engineering teams. Key Responsibilities (Integration Focus): β€’ Lead integration initiatives across multiple systems using API-first methodology. β€’ Design and implement microservices and integration layers to ensure seamless connectivity. β€’ Collaborate with integration developers, perform code reviews, and enforce consistent development patterns. β€’ Work closely with IT stakeholders to maintain compliance and manage risks throughout the integration lifecycle. β€’ Partner with product managers and business analysts to ensure integrated solutions meet business needs. β€’ Develop new features and resolve bugs in alignment with integration requirements. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. β€’ 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role. β€’ Strong experience in .NET, Java and React, with a focus on API development and integration. β€’ RESTful and SOAP APIs using .NET and Java. β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). β€’ Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Desired Skills and Experience β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. β€’ 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role. β€’ Strong experience in .NET, Java and React, with a focus on API development and integration. β€’ RESTful and SOAP APIs using .NET and Java. β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
