Job Description:
As an Apigee Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing API proxies using Google’s Apigee platform (Edge or X). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing API solutions that integrate seamlessly across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities-
• Design and develop API proxies and policies using Apigee.
• Implement reusable shared flows for security, transformation, logging, and error handling
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate APIs with enterprise applications.
• Monitor and enhance API performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues across environments.
• Create and maintain API documentation and developer support materials
• Manage the full lifecycle of APIs including versioning, deprecation, and retirement.
• Utilize analytics to generate actionable insights and optimize API usage
Required Qualifications-
• 5+ years of experience in API development and management, preferably with Apigee Edge or ApigeeX
